JOB DESCRIPTION
FREE is currently seeking a Human Resource Manager. The candidate will need to develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures. The candidate must also manage and supervise all functional areas within the responsibilities including salary administration, payroll, benefits, training, labor relations, recruiting, representing the company in worker’s compensation and unemployment insurance matter, etc.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead internal recruiting and hiring practices
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensations, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
- Monitor the company wage and salary structure and pay policies
- Establish an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs
- Lead the implementation of the performance management system
- Supervisor the work of Human Resources personnel and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resources regulations, policies, and programs
- Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
- Participate in executive and management meetings
SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 5 years of leadership experience in Human Resources positions
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
